3. Payment Terms

3.1 Residential Services:

Full payment for card transactions is required before service begins.
Cash payments must be made on the day before the service starts.

3.2 Commercial Services:

Invoices for scheduled services are due by the 20th of the month following service completion.
For one-off services, payment is required at the time of service.
For large, multi-day services, a 25% deposit is required prior to commencement, with the balance payable upon signing off the completed service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
4.2 InDrone Tech reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late changes or missed appointments.

5. Liability

5.1 While we strive to provide the highest quality service, InDrone Tech is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property.
Issues arising from old paint or weak structures during cleaning.

5.2 Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property for our team and equipment.

6.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
