Whilst we are using a pressure washer system to clean your panels we are using what is called a “Soft Wash” system for cleaning your Solar Panels. This means your panels are cleaned using a low pressure system.
This is a tried and proven system that has been used overseas for the last couple of years and has not shown any degradation of the panels.
Our chemical that we use which is totally biodegradable is designed specifically for cleaning solar panels. This is sprayed on as a foam and left to soak then lightly sprayed off. Any stubborn material is then spot sprayed with solution and we find this removes 99% of all dirt items on your panels.
We only use 1 chemical to clean your Solar Panels which is specifically designed for use only on solar panels. This cleaner is biodegradable and will not harm your family nore damage your panels or roof. It is the most environmentally friendly solution that should be used on your panels.
So we use only 1 chemical to clean your panels. This chemical fully biodegrades and manufacturers produce it specifically for cleaning solar panels.
All our vehicles have the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for this chemical. You can view them when we are on site.

Our company has comprehensive Public Liability Insurance which is tailored to our specific operations with commercial drones.
Yes you are correct in that tap water will leave marks on your panels once dried. We use tap water for the cleaning process and then we use filtered water through our on board filtration system to give your panels a final rinse ensuring they are streak free.
For solar panel cleaning we start from 730am to 1030am and 400pm to 600pm. The reason for this is so we are not cleaning them in the midday heat. We also operate Monday to Friday. We can take emergency weekend bookings if required.
If we have clear access to the side of your house and have a tap we can use then you don’t need to be home.
There are some houses that we may not be able to complete work at. This is why we ask for your address on the small form on our website. With this information we are able to ascertain through a satellite view of your roof whether we can complete your required clean.
No this cleaning solution will not void your warranty. In fact if you where to make a claim through the manufacturer warranty this clean will help you with that process. Because we hold computer files on your clean we can email you with those details which you can then send on to the manufacturer.

Yes, thermal Imaging Is conducted between 10.30am and 2.30pm. The reason for this is because that is when the sun is at its warmest which helps in highlighting any problems with your Solar Panels.
After we have conducted a thermal image of your Solar Panels we run the photos through a special program that produces a report on your panels. You will receive this via email along with the photos taken of your panels.
There are some houses that we may not be able to complete work at. This is why we ask for your address on the small form on our website. With this information we are able to ascertain through a satellite view of your roof whether we can complete your Thermal Imaging.
No there is no danger to your family nor pets as the thermal Imaging Is conducted using different light spectrums to show any differences in your panels.

Yes there is. CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) monitors and manages us. Our company has sub 25kg drone licenses, known as Remote Pilots Licenses.
We also have a fully qualified Chief Remote Pilot. This person oversees all operations in our company.
Our company has a ReOC (Remote Piloted Aircraft Operators Certificate). This certificate is approved by CASA. It allows us to complete our work.
After we finish the Thermal Imaging of your farm, we use a special computer program. This program analyzes the images and creates reports on your panels.
We can either email you all the images and reports, or just the ones for the defective panels.
